Notre Dame's 2021 recruiting class started off with a bang today when elite quarterback Tyler Buchner pledged to the Irish. The 6'2", 200-pound Californian was reportedly one of the staff's top targets regardless of position in this class, which makes this an especially excellent way to kick it off. He didn't playt much in his [...]
The recruiting cycle for 2020 is here and it still feels weird to type out that year. It's amazing to witness this being Brian Kelly's 11th recruiting class at Notre Dame, or really his 10th full recruiting class after being hired late in the 2010 cycle. In the Roster Management Era™ the Fighting Irish also [...]
If you haven't already seen it, last week I reviewed my way-too-early guess at Notre Dame's class of 2019. I also promised you guys another way-too-early guess at Notre Dame's recruiting class for 2020 -- and here it is. The Notre Dame football staff has been recruiting the 2020 cycle very hard since the end [...]
Alabama was knocked off its perch in the 2018 recruiting world and in this past January's title game. The Tide got right back up for the 2019 recruiting cycle and dominated (save one program) the rest of the country once again. Yes, the more things change the more they stay the same. That includes the [...]
Notre Dame football received its first post-2019 Signing Day commitment for the 2020 class today, as four-star defensive tackle Aidan Keanaaina has decided to verbally commit to the Fighting Irish. The 6'3"/300 pounder out of Denver, CO is the 5th commit overall for Notre Dame's class of 2020, and the 2nd on the defensive side [...]
On National Signing Day, we posted an overview of the 2019 Notre Dame recruiting class with recruit grades and some thoughts on the class. Then we went into more detail on the offensive skill position guys, because you know they'd be primadonnas if we didn't do them first, then the guys who clear the road for [...]

Signing Day 2019 has come and gone, which means it's time for me to review my Way (Way) Too Early Guess at Notre Dame's Recruiting Class of 2019. Of the 23 recruits (I was just over on the actual total number of 22) I predicted would end up signing with Notre Dame this cycle, only [...]
On National Signing Day, we posted an overview of the 2019 Notre Dame recruiting class with recruit grades and some thoughts on the class. This is the first post of a four-part series that will dive into a little more detail on the class, giving each of Eric, Jaden, Tyler's, and my grades and comments [...]
An Irish Zen Koan With tight numbers and the same staff aggressiveness with the early signing period as last year, the final stretch for the Notre Dame 2019 recruiting class almost completely lacked drama. On the upside, the staff closed early on a bunch of guys they really liked. On the downside, there was no [...]
The final piece of Notre Dame's 2019 recruiting class fell into place today when blue-chip defensive end prospect Isaiah Foskey announced his signing. The 6'4", 233-pound Cal legacy participated in a signing ceremony at his high school, De La Salle, which is one the of the country's foremost prep programs. The more attentive (and, ahem, [...]
Wednesday, February 6th opens up the second National Signing Day for the 2019 recruiting class and for all intents and purposes will bring the current cycle to a quick finish as Notre Dame waits to add one more player to a class that has already signed back in December during the early signing period. In [...]
Notre Dame football received some fantastic news tonight, as massive 2020 defensive end Alexander Ehrensberger has decided to verbally commit to the Fighting Irish. The 6'7"/240 pounder out of Dusseldorf, Germany is the 4th commit for the Irish from the Class of 2020, and their first on the defensive side of the ball. My decision [...]
